Nowadays, most people learn academic study in formal school, but others are thinking work experiences in real life is better than formal education. I prefer that study is more useful with two reasons. Firstly, there is not a single way to learning formal education which study in a university, another kind of formal education centre is professional college where has a narrow range of subjects related to a particular career. Students are able to gain the useful knowledge with repeating training that they could holding strong skills to seeking a job. On the other hands, a student who has been training with formal education is more attract to company than a zero-based person who wants to be learning within working. Based of this idea, we can tell that people has limited time and energy and specializing study could saving time and makes them stand out in a crowd easier.

Both formal education and real-life work experience are essential for everybody; however, real-life work experience is much more important than formal education. Firstly, the formal education is more theoretical and academically oriented than practice; therefore, legal education students are often worse than students who have more work experiences. For example, who study in the construction industry are not be as experienced as who works in this industry. Finally, real-life work experience is more important than formal education.

whether formal education is better than real life work experience or vice versa?I think they both very important. Because real life work experience can teach people more useful knowledge, but it will waste a lot of time. And sometimes get some knowledge will pay a high cost, maybe it is a lot of money, maybe it is injury and even life.  School is a good place to help people get knowledge fast and safely. After people get a formal education, they can learn a skill in real life works faster. So in my view, I think formal education is more important.

Because people have broader horizons and ideas, formal education is better than real life work experience. Firstly, when people get an excellent education, what they learn can help them have a better way and method of thinking because their knowledge is more extensive. Also, they can have more ideas from others. For example, when people study overseas, they can learn more ideas from other people who come from every country. It opens up your mind. However, if you just get work experience, your mind will solidify and not think about anything outside of work. Therefore, formal education is better than real life work experience.

Formal education and real-life experience For me, I prefer formal education. Although formal education focuses on theoretical knowledge, real-life managers focus on practice. However, only by gaining more knowledge will there be more opportunities and broader insights. Nowadays, many companies need people with high education, although real-life experience is important, but can't show their own advantages like others. Finally, real-life experience and formal education are very important, but I prefer formal education.

In the argument of which way is more beneficial to people, formal education or real life experience? I tend to real life experience. Formal education focus on theories, real life experience focus on practice.The contents in books are exactly beneficial to students, but our life is unpredictable.Therefore, the education in school is not as flexible as real situations. People usually gain useful knowledge after they graduated. When people work in companies, they can effectively enrich experience from cases. In addition, they also can learn knowledge from their boss and colleagues. In conclusion, real life experience can really training people in real society environment. so real life experience is better than formal education.

 A real life work experience is better than formal education because of online education and non-formal education institute. People can learn from online service and we can also review anytime. It is more convenient to study and we will have many options to do it. Moreover, Offline education school or service also woks as same as formal education because they will provide almost same knowledge and it is more short term comparing to formal education. Furthermore, a real life work experience is better because people generally work after graduated from high school or university. It means we are studying for our career and it is more efficiency to have a work experience instead of studying at school. In addition, working and studying at formal education has a gap and people need to adjust or learn new things. So, a real work experience is better than formal education because we can learn anything via online service or non-formal education institute and we can study at same time.

with my honestly to all academic students and all personnels this writing purpose is not insulate which side. In my view point formal education is not enough because when people working with unexpect problem and they never face before, they cannot handle and control emotion to stable, when the solution drive with emotional and no plan I never seen who can be solve the problem as well, they lost clients or complained by his/her boss because we are a part of company’s If we failure it’s mean company failed too, in the other hand personnel who is not have a high knowledge they can be take long time to proven by themselves. For me knowledge and experience will go belong together not which one is better although, between formal education and work experience I chooses work experience because I deeply believe that learn for less time and go out to do more.

In my view, it is very different to distinguish in situations because a prepose of formal education is to prepare the future for students. They do not know yet what they can have interesting, so they can get some experiences from teachers. It may be base on their goals in the future. On the other hand, some students think that they get to waste time because they have to study the same subjects without their impressive. However, this period is very significant to them as it is the first society. Thus, nobody can say the formal education is better than real life work experience or vice versa.

In my opinion, both formal education and real life work experience are important. At first, a  better Life of human can be developed through education. That is why we are taking education for each age. For example, children start to learn how to compromise with their friends in kindergarten. In addition, they acquire the necessary knowledge to live and learn from elementary school. However, there is no curriculum to learn more after graduated from each stage of schools. Finally, It is the beginning of real life education through experience. People can learn to fail through experience and develop their life through failure. In conclusion, it is important that both the formal education and real life work experience are important because another education which was not learned in the curriculum though experiences begin after the completion of the curriculum.

Formal education necessary for everyone, because people could learn various knowledge from school. However, Formal education is completely different from real life work experience, and real life work experience is more important than the education in school for two main reasons. Firstly, the knowledge learned from education is completely different from the life experience, because not all of the theoretical knowledge which the students learned from school can use in real life. For example, many pieces of knowledge of chemistry and physics people do not use after they graduated from school, even forgot them. In addition, several skills only can learn from the work experience, for instance, communication skill and time management ability. If the students cannot communicate with others and cannot manage time very well, they would not have successes in their life. Therefore, the skills from real work experience are more crucial than formal education.

As far as I am concerned, formal education is  better than real life work experience because you can gain the knowledge from your teachers. School is a better place to learn real skills and knowledge rather than working. People usually feel tired when they after working, thus they usually fail to learn knowledge from their work. Formal education help people to accumulate skills to work in the future, and students can found their mistakes easily because there are teachers can help them. As the above mentioned ideas, formal education is better than real life work experience.

In this case, the father is greedy enough to plan a murder plot with hiring people to kill his son, which should never happen within a family bond. Firstly, everyone has the right to life because people just have one time to live in the word. No one can decide whether someone else lives or dies. In addition, windfall money is not too important in life because you can live and earn money without it. A father justified in planning to kill his son over $16 million for greed and indifference. Firstly, his behavior is understandable because his son gets a windfall suddenly; he loses control due to wanting the money. Secondly, he made this decision because of his indifference; he does not care about affection between him and his son. For him, kinship is not important; he would rather a choice to abandon his son for money. Overall, this is a tragedy.

There are two reasons why a father and his son should be blamed through this story which the father had tried to kill his son because of money. First, they forgot that family is more important than money. Even though, nobody was born with money and most people become an adult due to the care of family, the father and son in this story don’t know the important thing of family at all. Second, it was cruel to kill anyone because taking money away. Money is only one of the most necessary tools for living, not have to keep by killing family. Especially, killing a member of family is unethical.

Today, we had read a story about one of Brazil lottery winner nearly murdered by his father. The father was planning to kill his son because of $16 million jackpots. This story made me think about which are essential to our life? Money or blood relationships? Which one needs to be blamed?  In my opinion, the father needs to be criticized than his son because of his illegal decision and immoral actions. About Brazil father and son, my opinion.     As shown in the father wants to kill his  the  son for US16 million dollars. In my opinion , this father has 3 issues. Firstly, he feels injustice, he thinks he did not get the part that deserves it. Secondly, he is selfish and he has no responsibility as a father, stand on the ethical point of view, people can not die for money and the man who died is still his son. Finally, the main issues of this story, this father wants to have this money alone, therefore, he has debated with his son, finally entered the prison and both lost money. Knowledge of money has great importance for people life, however, family and ethical more important than money in a person's life.  

Fancisco – a terrible father who planing a munder plot and hiring a killer to kill his son for $16 million because of 2 main reasons. Firstly, this father is a selffish man, therefore he thought money is more important than human’s life, especialy his son’s life. For example, he wanted to live a wealthy life with $16 milllion and he were not care about his son, hence, a munder plot was planned. Secondly, a family bond is very important thing in social, if the son shared his money for his father, the murder plot was not established. Therefore, keep a good relationship with others and do not selfish in front of money.

Do we have to share financial gains? The paragraph about ‘father and son’ showing a controversial issue, which is about should we share ours financial gains to others?Personally, I tend to share my gains to my family with servals ideas. Firstly, Sharing personal gains will facilitate the relationship between people and will make relationship better.As we know, the relationship of people who would like to share with others is better than penny pincher’ relationship. Secondly,ours parents cultivate us from kid to adult,we should do something for them.Financial gains may a way to make them life better or even change to another life-style. Is money important or family? maybe some people will say money important, maybe some people will say family important. But for me, I think family important more than money, because family is priceless. There are two controversial issues in this story which talk about the father want to kill his son. Firstly, life and money, which one is the most crucial to people? In the story, the father planned to murder his son in order to get the whole reward. Therefore, the money is the most important for the father. However, on the other hand, if the son allowed his father keeping the money, his father would not want to kill him. Thus, the son has the same believe as his father, they were both put the money in the highest position in the life. In addition, maintaining a well family bond is the responsibility of every family member. If the son shared the reward and keeping a harmonious relationship with his father, there would be a better ending of the story.
